A Collaboration with The Iranian Society for Phenomenology
BSP Online Course
14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th January 2024

The British Society for Phenomenology (BSP) and the Iranian Society for Phenomenology (ISP) are collaborating on a webinar series this January. The sessions aim to establish connections with phenomenologists around the world to provide a platform for showcasing state-of-the-art research. Throughout the week of Sunday 14th to Friday 19th January, researchers will present their latest findings. There will be a wide range of topics covered across these 6 days, including gift-giving, defining animality, the climate crisis, the phenomenology of autism, the possibility of a phenomenological political ontology, and the relationship between social sciences and phenomenology. The presentations will begin at 4 pm (UK time) and last about 45 minutes, followed by a 30-minute question and answer period.

Sessions from Hamid Malekzade, Antonio Di Chiro, Jakub Kowalewski, Joff P.N. Bradley, Robert Junqueira, Iraklis (Hercules) Ioannidis

Iran based ISP associates attend for free. All other attendees £10 to attend all 6 sessions live (flat rate). All attendees have access to recordings / catch-up for limited time. No membership needed of either the BSP or ISP to attend sessions.
